Panic Room

Honestly…WTF?! I need to stay in this half graffiti and half stark white room, created by artist Tilt, in the Au Vieux Panier in Marseille, France. Each year, the hotel commissions artists, graphic designers, and painters to redesign five rooms inside the hotel. Each artist is given full “carte blanche” to do as they please. The idea is to offer artists a three-dimensional canvas and for hotel guests to experience art first hand. I must make it there within the year, before it’s gone!

  4. Wow, what an energizing space! I wonder if he discovers something new each day, or just like the rest of us, it sort of fades into the background?
