Honestly, after the Oscars last Sunday, are you just as obsessed with lilac and lavender as I am?! I’m currently drawn to these hues like a moth to a flame. How amazing would it be to have a room in your home painted in either of these colors? Our best friend Sara has had the walls of her bedroom painted lavender, carpet the color of aubergine, and accents in all shades of lilac for as long as I can remember. And it’s perfection.

Mila’s lavender dress at the Oscars did pretty much blow me away. But while I usually agree with just about everything you guys post here, I have to say that these rooms make me a little nauseous. Maybe I’m allergic to lavender in large doses.
