Brazilian born model Mari Giudicelli had just graduated from New York’s Fashion Institute of Technology before starting her eponymous shoe label. Inspired by her love of vintage wares and appreciation for utilitarian comfort, her first collection has launched with only four simple silhouettes with strong details: mules with high vamps and low, wooden block heels, fur lined flat boots, lizard skin loafers and woven soled slide sandals. Production is currently limited as they are being produced in small batches in a family run factory in her beloved Brazil but we have a feeling demand will quickly catch up to this emerging designer.

They look so interesting, but I bet walking in them would be rather uncomfortable!
I love those! They’re so cute and PERFECT for a warmer fall day!
It should be tough to walk wearing them
