In Motion

I’m usually not a fan of animated images but there is a certain subtlety and beauty to these from New York photographer Jamie Beck of From Me To You. Hope you’re enjoying your weekend!

  7. Gorgeous photographs. The minimal animation in each reminds me of Harry Potter and the moving pictures. Because its just a small amount animated it looks real someway, so awesome.

I love these because the animation is so natural. Wind in the ferns, wind in the skirt, traffic. All things that would be seen in life and makes these photos so real.

Wonderful, so little detail. It’s more like the photo’s come alive instead of animated.

    Best. animated GIFs. ever.

Seriously, she had me at the bike, but the dress and the taxi are both so elegantly subtle as well. Thanks so much for pointing out this artist.
