The Invisble Man

Do you remember the Invisible Man? We featured Liu Bolin back in 2011, after he had become known for perfecting the art of blending into various backgrounds by using his body as a canvas. I love seeing that, all these years later, he’s still at it. The Chinese artist is currently the face of Moncler‘s fall campaign and the shots, photographed by Annie Leibovitz, are mesmerizing. It’s amazing how he’s able to camouflage himself so seamlessly into each scene. So in addition to sharing photos from the campaign, I’ve pulled some of my favorite works from the last few years, just so you, too, can appreciate the magic of The Invisible Man.

So cool! How does he actually do it? Paint himself first or edit the photos later?
