Montaña Mágica Lodge

Montaña Mágica Lodge, also known as Magic Mountain Lodge, is located within Huilo Huilo, a 232 square mile natural reserve in southern Chile. Covered in rainforest moss and vines, this manmade volcano-like structure spews water and is only accessible by a monkey bridge. And if this isn’t sufficiently magical and surreal, outside are hot tubs, carved from hollowed out tree trunks, with ideal vantage points for wildlife sightings. Honestly? WTF.

My family owns a farm right next to Montaña Magica in Panguipulli, these guys own a national park and they have another hotel called BaoBab which is ridiculous, your driving through the woods where theres practically nothing but cows, pigs and sheep and you run into this amazing hotel. Its a must see, the south of Chile is beautiful people, come if you have a chance!

It’s absolutely beautiful. I’m Chilean and I had the privilege to visit this hotel about 5 years ago…. The fact that’s in the middle of a natural reserve, makes you forget you’re carrying technology with you and makes you relax like there is no tomorrow wahahaha

It’s a MUST if you’re on this side of the planet.
