Hotel Endémico

Scattered among boulders above the wine region of Valle de Guadalupe, just one and a half hours from San Diego, is Hotel Endémico. Each of the twenty eco-loft rooms have their own private terrace with a chiminea, walkie-talkies, ATVs, and stunning views of the scenic valley below. Don’t you just want to grab a glass a wine and sit by the fire and star gaze?

  3. The Guadalupe Valley is beautiful and some are the testing rooms like the one “Cava Las Animas de la Vid” in Rosarito Beach, Mexico even closer to the border which has some of the best wines in the valley incase one does not want to go so far with a excellent Mediterranean Cuisine and wine pairings. I love your blog you always have interesting things and I cannot stop checking it every day. So if you ever decide to come by the Guadalupe Valley don’t forget to stop.

This is Like 20 minutes or less from my hometown Ensenada. It is a beautiful place. And if you ever go there, be sure to visit all the wineries in the region, it is really different from Napa Valley. And go and visit Ensenada too, they have amazing seafood, and be sure to stop at ¨La Guerrerense¨ it is a street cart of delicious and amazing seafood, Anthony Bourdain loves it there.
