Last week in Milan, Raf Simons took his final bow as the creative director of Jil Sander by delivering a collection that was, well, fresh as a sweet Sunday morning. Honestly, I think I fell in love with pink all over again, as if it were the very first time. The palette was classic, sugary, and graceful and silhouettes were strong, structured, and modern. I’m absolutely mad for the double-face coats, nude jumpsuit, and navy dress with a keyhole bodice. Bravo, Raf!

I love the color pallet. Just gorgeous.
This is one of my favorite collections! Too bad this is the last collection of Raf!
So sweet yet not sickly…loving the sugary shades!
Gorgeous. The simple coats with bracelet length sleeves and especially that jumpsuit are to die for. I’m not sure about this color pallette for fall though. It feels so springy to me…
I love those sweeping long coats. It makes me feel like they’re hiding something and I want to know more about the look behind the coat. I also fell in love with the muted soft colors and the corset structuring.

So clean and fresh! I love their lady like attitude. xoxo
Dreamy and so soft for jil sander want all
I love that the pastel trend is carrying over into fall! It’s going to make winter just that much easier to deal with. 😉
Well, the color palette is to die for! I love the warm nudes and buttery suede(?) coat on the upper right… Gorgeous…
Loving the lavendar and light pink.
Obsessed with the blush wrap dress (at least i think its a wrap dress)! the colors are unbelievable.
loving the feminine shapes (the big blocky ones don’t appeal to me as much) and the pastels. I’ve been gearing my wardrobe this way for summer, actually – I think I am in a “Vianne Rocher from Chocolat” phase! I’ve been snapping up 1950s Vintage Vogue sewing patterns and cannot wait to get started as soon as I finish this gorgeous scarf I’ve been weaving (imagine: ivory and camel, silk warp, silk/cashmere weft handspun by my mother in law, in a gently undulating twill pattern that looks like waves! I’ll post on my blog when I’m done – by next week, it should be up, have a look if you like!).
Oh my I have always loved Jil Sander and this collection is just making me love it more ! The cuts are perfect and the colors are to die for 🙂
I know, I’ve been wearing mostly black my whole life but the Jil Sander collection almost made me feel stupid for not choosing bright red or baby pink!
Last model’s shoes don’t fit. 😡
love the colors!
loving the outfits, great colours!
I loveee these shapes and colors schemes. Stunning.
RAF SIMON BYE
Does anyone know the name of the blonde model with the muted jumpsuit? I’ve seen her all over the 2012 fashion weeks she’s beautiful.
Oooh I love seeing a light, creamy palette for fall!
total in LOVE. 🙂
