Getting a peak into just about anything Kelly Wearstler designs is always inspiring. Case in point: her 11,000 square foot Beverly Hills Georgian mansion. She has such an incredible knack for reworking the most traditional palette into something luxuriously and unusually modern. Her daring mix of oversized objets and bold patterns is a great reminder to take risks and experiment!

I find Kelly Wearstler’s spaces so inspiring. She really is the queen of quirky spaces. Super daring with most rooms. I always love her choice of wallpaper. The only thing about her spaces is they never feel warm and inviting. For me a home must feel comfy. Her spaces is amazing but if you lived there I would feel like I should’t touch anything. Her large sculptures everywhere give her home a museum-esque quality.
I don’t know if it’s my cup of tea, but her rooms are always interesting to look at.

I had to laugh when my husband said that the hallway (top left side) made him dizzy. That he couldn’t imagine having to walk it. He’s so cute. Though I certainly see his point. The angles of the tiles, initially seem to throw off one’s perspective. Kelly Wearstler has a keen eye and a unique sense of style, that she allows to express both beauty and humor in shared space. You can’t help but admire her for all of that and the bold courage that takes.
So cool! Love especially the first pics.
