Embrace Messy Hair

My hair has arrived at that awkward, in-between length, where I can’t quite decide whether to go short again or continue to let it grow. Caroline Ventura‘s series of manageable hair tutorials for Cup of Jo has been the perfect solution for my predicament. I especially love how unfussy each hairstyle is – perfect for someone who seriously embraces messy hair!

It’s really pretty, buy I have to tell you, that length is not problematic AT ALL. I’ve had a “young Mia Farrow” length for about two years and now I want to let it grow again…which has been a true nightmare u.u it would be nice that you uploaded tips for short hair :3

My hair does whatever it wants no matter what I try to do to it. And aside from the days where it goes reverse-mullet, it’s been more pleasant to do nothing and let it be messy. xD That said, even with my longish hair, only the last one would be doable for me.

  31. My hair is always messy, I have kind of decided it’s just my thing. THe once a month I go to hairdresser, I look like different person after blow dry. I am ok with the messy, plop on my head and have a few (sometimes more than a few) around my face………….I don’t mind it

I don’t think we can talk about messy hair without talking about French actress Astrid Berges Frisbey, who has rocked the ‘straight out of bed’ hair on the runway countless times.
    Here’s a fancier example she’s done:
