Raf Simons sent bold metallic brows and tightly wound buns down the runway at the Musée Rodin for Christian Dior‘s spring spectacular. Makeup artist Pat McGrath and her team spent the morning bleaching brows before coating them with liquid gold pigment and glitter. While some models wore just the brow, others were given an even more extreme look with the whole eye covered in gold and accented with minty green eyeliner. Hairstylist Guido Palau slicked hair into crisp side-parts, drawing the ends into tight knots at the nape of the neck. Who else is wanting glistening gold eyebrows for a night out on the town?

I love the buns but I can live without the golden brows. It’s an okay look for the catwalk 😀

Such a great touch and love the low bun.
really cool make up!!!
Looks great for the catwalk, can’t see me rocking it around town though!
Now, there’s away to make a statement!
I loved the brows from the second I first saw them but I can’t decide whether it’s something you could actually wear in the street or whether you’d look totally ridiculous. But first I suppose I have to find the right gold stuff.
I never thought I’d be such a fan of bold metallic brows, but my oh my, they are gorgeous! The models really pull them off well. The addition of the minty green eyeliner really makes the look pop!
Love the gold eye makeup, not so much the brows.
Coo, inspiration !!
My Fantabulous World
the brows are a real eye-catcher!
I loved it!!!!
I’m posting looks from Paris and accessories:
The liquid gold is amazing. Such a beauitiful pop color.
Ha, I like it. xaxa.
I love the buns and the brows, though I don’t think I could ever be bold enough to wear the brows outside of costuming, it does give me great inspiration for truly metallic eye looks!
Brows make the face, so why not make them gold?
What beautiful faces. Love the gold brows.

I love the buns! Brows are the essential basic to a beautiful face!
I’ve seen some cool thick, colored brows this season to make eyeshadow or liner colors. Really cool idea =]
