I'm revisiting the work of Joanne Ho once again because it seems like every fall, I find myself turning to her paintings for nostalgic comfort. Am I missing summer already?! Absolutely. Joanne's depictions of tiny, happy people swimming in pools and natural bodies of water has me fantasizing about summer getaways in far flung destinations like Santorini, Sydney and Mexico. Guess, it'll have to wait other 257 days . . . but who's counting?
