Yesterday, I posted about changing up a gallery way of prints in one of the bathrooms in our home. It eventually sent me down a rabbit hole, looking up artists I've previously featured on HonestlyWTF. The deep dive into my archives had me wondering why I wasn't following up on some of my favorite artists more often. It can be so fascinating to see how an artist's work transforms over time. A good example of this is Alja Horvat, who I featured earlier last year. Best known for her bold, female portraits using gouache and acrylics, the Slovenian artist has an uncanny knack for combining bold patterns and creating the most outstanding color combinations. Her work has honestly evolved so much in just a year's time . . . I'm so excited to see where she takes her work in years to come. In the meantime, I'm definitely purchasing one of her prints for my gallery wall update!
