M/V Aria

The M/V Aria is certainly not your average cruise ship. Custom built by architect Jordi Puig, the 147 foot luxury cruise line explores and navigates through the remote waters of the northern Amazon River in Peru. The M/V Aria features 16 specially designed cabins with floor-to-ceiling windows, each with outward facing panoramic views. How ideal would it be to reserve the entire ship for a family reunion or set sail with 30 of your closest friends?!

Bookmarking and pinning immediately. We’re actually thinking of making a trip to Peru next year maybe (husband is Peruvian but hasn’t been back in ages), so who knows, this particular fantasy actually has a chance of becoming reality! Thanks!

I this is a sick. Can you imagine all those simple people who live primitive lives looking at something like this? Laying in bed in luxurious sheets feasting on gourmet food, where people have nearly anything to eat. This is a disgrace!

  25. This is the perfect cruise ship! A real floating hotel instead of the Vegas strip on most cruise ships! I would love to have a destination wedding ; rent out the whole ship! But since I have no plans to get married( ALREADY AM) A Family & friends celebration would be heaven on this cruise ship.

Wow! That looks wonderful and certainly makes a total difference to how I explored the Amazon….backpacking with Indian guides, sure could have done with some luxury after that v v v basic (amenities-wise) trip! I hate the idea of cruises but I could make an exception here for sure!

  29. Ocean cruises have never appealed to me, but I have seen a lot of advertising and information about river cruises lately. River cruises seem much more intimate and connected to the culture and the way of life of the part of the world you are visiting. This Amazon River cruise looks amazing. So much luxury and beauty just on the boat. If I had the money I would be booking this cruise in a heartbeat.
