As Good As Gold

This month, Bauble Bar is launching a special guest bartender collection with longtime customer Megan Runser. Megan’s exuberance and radiant spirit, despite having been recently diagnosed with Stage 4 Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, inspired founders Amy Jain and Daniella Yacobovsky to help fulfill her dream of curating her own Bauble Bar collection. Her “as good as gold” recovery mantra was the foundation for the collection, which is stacked with gold statement necklaces and bold, jewel toned earrings. 100% of all proceeds will be donated to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. It’s better than gold.

Feit

These handmade leather shoes by Brooklyn based Feit have totally piqued my curiosity. Australian brothers John and Tull Price, the creative director of Rag & Bone footwear, founded the company in 2005 with a small collection of uniquely crafted leather sneakers for men. Unlike the soles of most sneakers which are glued, Feit’s trainers are hand sewn with French calf and buffalo leather, using the Goodyear welt construction. All the care in craftsmanship results in a breathable shoe that ages beautifully and molds to your feet over time. Intriguing, right? I know, I’ve got a couple of their women’s slippers on my wish list . . .
