Wallflowers

Posted by on

Mixing bold, vintage-inspired floral prints should not be limited to one’s wardrobe. Floral printed furniture and walls can easily transform a room into a light, cheery, and lively oasis. Are you inspired enough to add a bit of bloom to your pad?

So inspiring! I can’t wait to get a house of my own someday and cover it in crazy botanical prints!

I’m definitely not bold enough to rock the vintage floral wallpaper (and the hubby is likely to object) but I do love the idea of floral bedding and colourful pillows to add a little sweetness to the bedroom. I definitely love the bold dining room chairs — they’re just stunning!

You have inspired me!! I love florals and textiles and wall coverings…and the papered ceiling was pretty darn awesome! I might start with floral lamp shades and new bedding…or I could create panels on one wall using frame molding and insert sections of cool floral paper there?!
    Thank you:)

YES!! YES!!! YES!!!!!! This is IT! I love adding a wildly colorful pillow and chairs to accent simple but sleek paint jobs. Keep the walls simple, add art and go crazy with beautiful accents of color, color, color! Thank you for this since it is extremely rare, if at all to have ever seen my dream design in a pictorial. :) I need to meet these designers!!

    Ok, three things!

#1, I love these floral accents and the entire look of each room…
#2 I love how your posts have a different “voice” from each of you- One a bit edgy and modern, the other a bit more boho and romantic… Great mixture of tastes!
    #3 Happy Weekend!

Have fallen instantly, deeply in love with the wallpaper around the fireplace in the second last image (white background, grey, black and hot pink roses) and I know I’ve seen it before…but where? Who makes it? Cannot seem to find it on any of the links… :( Can anyone help?
