Former model and interior designer Malin Persson’s home absolutely pains me – it’s that perfect. Ironically, it’s beauty lies in it’s imperfections. The house, located in the seaside town of Malmö, Sweden, was originally built in 1908 and underwent a major transformation under the lead of Malin and her husband. The original facade was restored, lead windows were replaced, brick walls and wood floors were reinstated, crown moldings were reconstructed, and some plastered walls were left untouched, leaving all the original charm intact. I love the openness, large scale furniture, and the most rudimentary details, like artwork put up using tape. Just dreamy, right?
