Aman-i-Khás

Open during the best season for wildlife spotting, from October to April each year, Aman-i-Khás is a wilderness camp located on the outskirts of Rajasthan’s Ranthambore National Park. The resort offers 10 Moghul style, luxury tents and twice daily safaris to catch sight of indigenous game including tigers, leopards, hyenas, sloth bears, crocodiles and chital deer. Here’s to adding another dream vacation to my bucket list . . .

The resort looks lovely! However, I’m sorry to say that I’ve been to Ranthambore before and there is a depressing lack of tigers 🙁 We stayed for 3 days with 2 safaris each day and didn’t catch sight of a single tiger, even in January, peak season!

Looks great. But when you say “game” do you mean that these animals are available to shoot for sport?
I wouldn’t be supporting an organisation on my website that promotes animals as game.

  28. the govt secret black budget ELF towers and 02 towers are radiating the planet and beaming microwaves into peoples heads (causing deaf people to hear sounds or voices in their heads) its actually sick when you think JAPAN FUKISHIMA tsunami was 100% man-made caused by an underwater nuke, google it and research if you don’t believe me…… don’t expect to hear it on the BBC though 😉

The place is great. I will be returning in March for the 5th year in a row. My mother and I go as we just love it. Stayed 15 nights last year and this March we’re staying 16 nights. Always stay in Tent #5. Aman i khas is absolutely charming and luxurious. The service is superb and perfect. You “batman” is always there to help you and meet your every need. If you ever head to Ranthambhore to see the tigers and you want luxury, this is the place to be.

  31. Hotel in Ranthambore- are a common platform for all the resorts and hotels around Ranthambhore Tiger Reserve. People around the world can find information on all resorts and hotels in Ranthambore tiger reserve like their Tariff, location, photographs, facilities, grading, distance from entrance gate of National park and from Railway station. Ranthambore tiger reserve is a charming combine of history and nature. Inside the park is a alarming fort that was built in the 10th century and coveted by many rulers due to its planned position between north and central India.
