Greg Lauren, nephew of Ralph Lauren, is an artist who paints with oil on paper, creates clothes from paper, and has a superhero line made from vintage DC Comics. He has recently launched a line of wearable clothes made from vintage US Army tents and duffel bags in linen and canvas. I saw the collection a few weeks ago at Maxfield and have been lusting over that tan linen coat ever since!
Awesome pieces, they look like they have a lot of history 🙂

Love ’em! I’ve never really had this kind of look in my wardrobe, but I’ve always wanted to…I would snap up that gray one in a heartbeat!
creatve, I’d like to wear this
It is pretty disturbing what some people consider “fashion”. If I wanted to walk around looking like a homeless person, I most certainly wouldn’t pay $2,500 to do so. As a matter of fact I would much rather purchase fifty $50 coats and donate them to actual homeless people than to wear something this hideous. You are whats wrong with this world.
