Cynthia Rowley Resort 2014

Inspired by adventure, Cynthia Rowley traveled to Mexico, Africa and Brazil in search for ideas for prints for her resort collection. Her explorations are evident in the Moroccan-style tunics, kaleidoscope and madras prints, embroidery, and oversized turbans. The combination of all these elements in the styling of the collection is wonderfully over the top, isn’t it?

Oh my god it is all just too beautiful. Seriously, I am dying over all the prints and colors. Did you see that cute video of her talking about her trip to Africa over on the ny times? I may be starting to get a wee bit obsessed with her…

What a shame these vibrant fashions are not photographed better – meaning whoever posed the models. I am really put off by bad posture and some of these stances. The clothes are resort wear and should be displayed as fun to be in. I hope I find these better photographed somewhere else. Thanks for posting the other links.

In looking at some of the links – I must say you ladies should have modeled this collection – your blog photos are so vibrant compared to what is here.
