Palais Bulles

Located just 10 kilometers outside of Cannes, France is Palais Bullesa bubble-shaped house designed by architect Antti Lovag. In 1989, the 28 bedroom home was ironically sold to designer Pierre Cardin, who became known for his iconic bubble dress thirty years prior. And since then, it has become notorious for its legendary festival parties and other grand events. Can you image hanging out in the bubble house?! Honestly . . .

Is it me, or does this look like a death trap for small children and cats? When I look at a house, I imagine who it was built for, just as the architect would have done. This is lovely, but no place for a family with kids or small pets! There’s a river running through the house, lol.
