Currently Obsessed With: Dried Flowers & Grasses

If you follow me on Instagram, you'll know that I recently discovered the softest and dreamiest dried, ornamental grass called bunny tails - specifically, dyed bunny tails! Also known as hare's tail grass or lagurus, these grasses can be dyed nearly any color using food coloring and if you search hard enough, you can find them at your local flower mart and on online marketplaces like Etsy. I know Spring is the antithesis of dried flowers and grasses but my newfound obsession has inspired me to want to make dried floral arrangements for every corner of my home! And attention all brides to be, would you ever consider a dried bouquet or corsage for your walk down the aisle? How sweet to think that your wedding day flowers could be forever immortalized!

Those bouquets look so delicate and beautiful, as if they would go to dust if you touched them.

  2. This is so gorgeous. I remember when I was young, I can found bunny tails grass in the hills near my Grandma’s house.

I have to admit that dry flowers feel a bit too old and musty… BUT when I saw these I changed my mind! GORGEOUS-

First of all I would like to say fantastic blog! I had a quick question in which I’d like to
ask if you do not mind. I was interested to find out how you center yourself and clear your mind prior
to writing. I’ve had a hard time clearing my thoughts in getting my
thoughts out there. I do enjoy writing but it just seems like the first 10 to 15
minutes tend to be wasted just trying to figure out
how to begin. Any suggestions or hints? Appreciate it!
