Second Skins

More often than normal, we’ve been seeing portraits of animals – from cats to dogs to zoo animals – dressed so adorably in human clothing. Madrid based photographer Miguel Vallinas has taken a more realistic, and ironically serious, approach to this movement. Each of the animals are dressed exactly how you’d image them if they were human! My favorite has to be the swan in a red sweater and pink skirt – so fittingly feminine!

Reminds me of the blog with the photos of a dog dressed in nicely styled clothes. ‘Menswear Dog’, that’s right. Pretty cool concept!

Haha, you guys are really into animals in clothes. I don’t know if this is exactly how these animals would dress, but I imagine a lot of them are really close! I feel like the owl should be in a well-tailored pants suit though.

  5. The dogs are my favourites. I love dogs dressed as humans, and also dogs that talk…cracks me up! The monkey frightens me though.
