The Japanese inspired mural was put together last fall for an exhibition in Sweden called Kimono Fusion.

Love this. I woke up the other morning with some Japanese style idea’s in my head for some textile’s that I am working on and was having trouble translating what was in my head onto paper. I finally got it down and only wished I had seen this sooner!

Increditible illustrators… I love mixed media and the cut paper with the paint and ink is pretty sweet. the intense use of color mixed with the black bold lines makes it pop from the muted background

I always wish to know more about what materials and techniques are used in things like this.
