The globally influenced craftsmanship in Suno‘s latest collection is literally pulling at our heart strings. Standout pieces, in a multitude of blue hues, got the artisanal treatment with peasant blouses dotted with intricate beading, tops paneled with hand loomed weavings, dresses lined with beaded fringe. The textures are popping off these images, we can only imagine how insanely amazing they feel and fit in real life. So beautiful – all of it.
DIY Paint By Numbers Art
“A beautiful oil painting the first time you try.” Our childhood memories of those easy to follow paint by number kits are sentimental and fond – so much so that in recent years, Lauren has started collecting vintage paint by number works at flea markets and thrift stores. So the timing couldn’t have been more serendipitous when I came across photographer Ashley Cambell’s tutorial for turning thrift store art into a self guided paint by numbers. It’s a brilliant way to give an inexpensive piece of art a face lift. Plus, it’s incredibly relaxing and wonderfully encouraging for those of us that aren’t skilled painters!
You’ll need:
- thrifted art
- acrylic paints
- a variety of paint brushes
- pieces of scrap cardboard
Best Of Winter Sales
We’re not even a full week into the new year and I’m already shopping. But the sales right now are too good not to pass up, especially when it comes to neutral pieces that will live in my closet at least for several seasons. Besides, I never did get those Chloé monk strap booties for Christmas. Wink, wink.

Eugenia Loli
As of late, I’ve been overwhelmingly inspired by collages. The more I see them, the more I’m tempted to start collecting old magazine cutouts for hours of cutting and pasting fun. Eugenia Loli‘s amazing work opens the door to imagination wide open.
