The People’s Movement

Posted by on

Making shoes from organic and natural materials, as well as up-cycled plastic bags from the polluted beaches of Bali, The People’s Movement has set out to repurpose and eliminate single use waste. This year they’ve collaborated with the Plastic Pollution Coalition, a group dedicated to stopping plastic pollution and it’s toxic impacts on humans, animals and the environment, by donating $1 from every pair of sneakers from their Clean Act collection. What a great feeling to know that behind these super cute (and extremely comfortable) kicks is an outstanding mission and cause. Sneaker up!

(The People’s Movement sneakers $85 – $110)

AWESOME! I love them. It’s so difficult to find an environmentally-minded sneaker company. I’ll definitely be investing in a pair!

Super cute sneakers. The photography reminded me of my friend’s company, Spanish Moss. It’s a cool hunt bonanza. Enjoy xx
