Gucci Spring 2016

“Looking at a 1970’s way to do fabric from the 18th century”, it’s no wonder Alessandro Michele can drive himself mental during the design process. Thankfully, madness can be a blessing. Especially it’s held accountable for dreaming up such a far fetched, yet absolutely sensible, amalgamation of patterns, textures, periods and personalities. A heavily studded floral leather motorcycle jacket, paired with a billowy pink bow and accessorized with loafers and oversized glasses, is just one example of the boyish, punkish nerdy cool looks that has us swooning over this collection.

These patterns are totally incredible. Even though they’re flashy and bright, the cuts make the outfits come off as thoughtful and well put together.

I kind of agree with Kirsten. I love love the lines, colors, textures, patterns by Gucci and these designs by the brilliant Alessandro, I think all of these looks could be pulled off so much better by woman who are a bit more mature. I’ll probably get stopped on for saying that, but with the exception of 1-2 girls, these little girls look like 13 year olds playing dress up in mummies closet, so too unrealistic to wear such extraordinary designs.

They seem like costume of film actresses in hollywood. I would love to ear them as english persons do. Watch latest released movies if you have any doubt about costumes. Really an amazing work.
