Our love affair with Erdem continues with another glorious chapter of anglaise lace and English-garden flower prints in rich navy blues, vibrant pinks, and classic kelly greens. For his pre-fall collection, however, Erdem Moralioglu tweaked expectations with the introduction of leather and plastic. Who else is brilliant enough to take rose-printed silk, cut it into a tweedy houndstooth pattern, hand sew it onto a PVC raincoat, and still manage to make it look elegant and ladylike?!
