Las Ventanas al Paraiso

With Cinco de Mayo just around the corner, my deep adoration for Mexico has been called to mind. It’s been three years since I was last there, when my husband and I got married in San Miguel de Allende, and I’m just jonesing to go back. Perhaps a relaxing trip to the beach this time, at the ever luxurious Las Ventanas in Los Cabos? This breathtaking Mexican-Mediterranean ‘window to paradise’ has been on the top of my travel wish list for some time . . . and you can see why.

    I’d love to go to the West coast of Mexico. Growing up on the east coast you tend to always stay on the east coast and go to the caribbean or tulum/cancun which don’t get me wrong is amazing. But I’ve heard the Mexican west coast is stunning as well!

    In every room there is a telescope by the window to view the whales during whale season (winter). And the cuisine! Just magical.
