Kate and Laura Mulleavy have done it again with another flawlessly romantic collection, this time influenced by the Australian Outback. 40s inspired silhouettes, crystal studded gowns, coats cinched with western belts, dresses in Aboriginal dotted prints, cargo pants and cabled sweaters had us dreaming of a land down under. But what stood to us the most were the delightful accessories: clustered star hair pieces, embroidered lace collars, and sand-filled plexiglass heels. Dreamy!!

I definitely think it’s the little details that stood out in this collection. Those starry hairpieces are phenomenal and I wish I had one when I got married — it’s so dreamy and whimsical. And I can’t tell you how much I adored the sand-filled shoes — so unique! I’m really glad to see the 40’s making a comeback here.

Back on track, I wasn’t such a fan of their last collection. Love this, and just about every bit of outwear in their collection.
Wow . . . just . . . wow. The sand-filled shoes are the most imaginative thing I’ve seen in ages. The star headpiece is FANTASTIC – I would love to wear something like this for my wedding in September. So pretty and fun!
