Ruffles have been the ever-present theme in the resort collections thus far. But only Kym Ellery can make ruffles so damn fashionably dramatic. White and black blazers and off the shoulder dresses in cascading, structural frills? And those Anita Pallenberg-inspired flared culottes?! A resounding yes.
