This is about that time of year when I start to really long for warm and long, sunny days. Consequently, it's also about that time of year when the idea of a beach vacation is being hatched and dreams of filling my wardrobe with pretty bohemian dresses and swimwear, like those from Colombian label Agua Bendita, keep me preoccupied. Designers Catalina Álvarez and Mariana Hinestroza have been designing bathing suits since 2003, when the two first collaborated on a swimwear project while studying fashion design at a Colombian university. Since then, Agua Bendita has become synonymous with unique designs and superior quality in the swimwear industry. It was only a matter of time before they would launch their first resort collection, which includes to die for embroidered linen maxis, eyelet dresses and broderie cotton blouses.
