Freestanding Fire

Whether it be a wood burning cast iron stove or a midcentury conical fireplace, there is something so wonderfully charming about free standing fireplaces. I love the exposed pipes and flexibility when it comes to shape and size. Heartwarming . . .

  8. This is really making me wish that I had a fireplace and that I lived someplace where a fireplace would actually be useful. I live in Florida so yeah, you don’t see too many of those and not to mention, nothing as stylish as these.

    Love and Luck,

Love this round up. We moved out the country full time this winter and our wood stove (a Jotul) has been a LIFESAVER! Obviously it’s warm, but what I love most about it is how it acts a social hearth when we have people over. Everyone loves to cozy up to it, relax, have a whiskey, tell a story or ten…
