I am a bit adverse to settling down somewhere and developing a permanent home. It freaks me out! But there is however a small list of creature comforts that desire in a home, and one of them is the ability to set a beautiful table! i do love thanksgiving, but i wasn’t looking forward to it so much this year. i don’t know why. i love the food, i love seeing my family. maybe i’m just getting bored of the same old thing every year? i feel like i need something more mind stimulating, or something? everything is so traditional, cookie cutter and the EXACT same, i’d like it to be switched up a little.
wow, that sounds SO debbie downer of me, and i promise i’m not, i DO love the holidays so much, but do you know what i mean? anyway, these photos are lovely and very inspiring, and i can’t wait to eat yummy thanksgiving turkey and pumpkin pie.

If I had to choose at which table I would like to sit down, I would go for picture no. 2 – the glass pearls give the whole arrangement a fairy-tale quality. It’s quite puzzling that they don’t look kitschy!
