DIY Naturally Dyed Robin Eggs

Mother Nature constantly surprises us in the most phenomenal ways. How else can a hue as spectacular as robin’s egg blue originate from the ever so humble red cabbage?! I first started naturally dyeing eggs a few years ago and have made them every Easter since. It’s also an incredibly fun project to do with kids as the color transformation always pleasantly surprises them. Head over to HonestlyYUM to peep the full tutorial (see what I did there?), and while you’re there, check out our new makeover!

I haven’t dyed eggs for ages, I think the last time was when I was a kid. These shades of blue are so stunning, and the gold details are just perfect!
