I left Delpozo yesterday afternoon on a fashion high. Creative director (and genius) Josep Font’s spring collection was influenced by Corot’s Gypsy Woman with Tambourine and glass cathedral windows – two elements that came together so beautifully in inspiring the accentuated volumes, sheer draping, delicate pleating, and oh-so-sweet heart-shaped necklines. Each ensemble, oozing with romance and drama, swept me off my feet . . . one after another. It was hands down one of my favorite collections thus far.
