The Oscars are just a couple days away and and the one question on everyone’s mind is – besides who will win the golden statue, of course – “what will Hollywood’s leading ladies be wearing on the red carpet?!” To keep our anticipation at bay for the moment, London digital media agency Media Run has created an infographic of every winning dress worn by the Best Actress recipient since the first Oscars in 1929. It’s fascinating to see the progression of some of fashion’s most iconic dresses – like Audrey Hepburn in Edith Head, Elizabeth Taylor in Dior, Gwyneth Paltrow in Ralph Lauren and Halle Berry in Elie Saab. Will you be tuning in on Sunday evening?
Lovely inspirational post!
This infographic is fabulous! It’s very surprising how many of the designers are unknown. I can’t wait to see what everyone is wearing this year!
It’s interesting seeing Katherine Hepburn won 3 years and didn’t attend on all 3 of those years.
Love this! Imma big Oscar fan… and adore the red carpet! Had to share this on FB!! Thanks, Shari

i love this!
I really enjoyed this post. I didn’t remember Sally Fields winning two Oscars. It feels like Meryl Streep won more than 2 Oscars. Katherine Hepburn seems to have won the most awards coming in at 4 total. Thanks for the fun illustrations.
Love this, we all know the dresses are as important as the winners
