Mexico City based artist Ana Leovy is disrupting beauty stereotypes with her portrayal of strong, confident women in her paintings. Empowerment by way of imperfections is exactly why I'm currently crushing on Ana's art. I love how her portraits represent not only equality and diversity, but friendship and self love. The vibrancy of color and style is also utterly alluring, I'm just excited to continue to follow her work.
