My boyfriend and I just drove across the country from CT, and are new California residents. It’s been stressful and hectic, but also so fun and the best bonding experience for us. We rented this adorable place in Huntington Beach and have slowly been piecing together our space. It’s tough on a limited budget, and pairing our different tastes. My parents helped sculpt me into the antiques, pieced in with plants, and middle eastern style lover, while my beau calls himself “organic tech modern.” Yeah, wow. Deep in fine print their website states orders can not be changed or cancelled. Beware!! There is no chance to change once you hit ” place order”. I orderd a rug and unfortunately had the wrong color. (Their website is sloppy its easy to make mistakes ) I realized it with the email order confirmation that came immediately
I contacted the company right away. they do not answer phone calls you can only leave a message. I used email to contact them.
Through email they told me they would not help me get this fixed and would not cancel the order. I have to wait for the products to arrive and then return in original packaging.
The original order has still not shipped there is no status on their website about it
This is a fraudulent business. They have my money I have no product. I am working with (Affirm) to dispute this transaction but I am hoping this review will save others from getting scammed by Lulu & Geirgia. Stay away
You are nuts. This company is horrible! Yes, looks great. But is not. I ordered 2 very expensive lamps. They arrived damaged and were also poorly composed (crooked). Now waited 6 weeks for a print. It arrived with the glass completely shattered and the print trashed. It takes FOREVER to resolve issues with them. Yes, Insta worthy, but not human worthy. Horrible quality. Horrible customer service. I suggest you do some research before aligning your brand with theirs.
