When H&M asked us to DIY a boho-inspired item for their summer issue, découpage was the first thing that came to mind. Honestly, does it get any better than customizing a simple handbag with a brilliant floral print? However you create it, it’ll be satisfying to know that you’ve designed yourself a one of a kind bag!
You’ll need:
- a handbag
- cotton fabric with a large floral pattern
- painter’s tape
- Mod Podge
- craft paint
- 2 small plastic dishes
- 2 brushes
- scissors

We’re loving NAHM‘s wearable shirt dresses, mullet drawstring shorts, and center slitted frocks and trousers for Resort. But what’s really caught our attention is what Ally Hilfiger and Nary Manivong did with the menswear inspired shirts – with cut-outs in the most unexpected places. We’re intrigued . . . and we want.

Louis Vuitton has enlisted artist Vincent Bousserez, known best for photographing miniatures in his quirky ‘Larger Than Life’ series, for their latest campaign. In this imaginary playground of Louis Vuitton wares, newlyweds walk down a glowing strap, golfers enjoy an evening game over a monogrammed bag, and construction workers carve out embedded logos. Genius!
