I really resisted this look when it first it came out, but like so many popular things – it grows on you.
On the right person, it can look pretty good.
LOL, the lady with the short white hair, black skirt and leather boots is my doppelganger right now. My sister thinks when I dress like this I’m not being age appropriate cuz I’m over 40. My sister needs to get out more often…If worn correctly, torn denim never goes out of style. Nothings better than a pair of jeans that are torn due to ones own wear and tear.
I love it in pants (My fav are the first 2 pics..) As for the trend applied on jackets or skirt…not quite for me! 🙂 xoxo http://cafesocietyxxi.blogspot.com/
You know, I remember this being popular when I was in highschool. Back then it was tight fitting flared denim, and I hated it. This, although it does remind me of 2005, is much better.

Love the idea gosh!! the style. .
I didn’t like this trend until my (very thin) brother was getting rid of a pair of torn jeans and I stole them to laze around in… I love wearing them!
