Little Lofty

The problem: how does one transform a small, 800 square foot apartment into an warm and open lofty space? The solution: exposed wood beams, poured concrete floors, vintage Eames chairs, a floating antique Chinese console, hand stitched pillows, a Beni Ourain rug, and interior designer Jessica Helgerson‘s impeccable taste.

That’s a problem I’d love to have 😉 I absolutely adore the way they’ve decorated the space. They found the perfect balance between cool minimalism and cosiness.

  25. I have been in love with that chandelier since I first laid eyes on it a few years back! It’s always so perfect! I was so happy to discover you via the ice lanterns I did for thehousethatlarsbuilt! Chandeliers, ice luminaries — open eyes for all things shimmery
