This place looks awfully familiar <3 Love it!!
Very creative editorial. Fashion photographed at the exotic places is my favorite combination.
Beautiful and creative love love!!
This shoot is very similar to one shot in 1966 for Vogue from the outfit to that building! It must be the same place! Look at the similarity: https://instagram.com/p/28atpctNWm
It’s disappointing to see editorials like these. The western audience feels entitled to use Asian or any cultural elements such as attire and landscape as their way of illustrating a ‘spectacle’. One might look at these images on the surface and see beauty, but there is a deeper connotation. This isn’t a celebration of ‘Asian’ heritage, but rather a horrible misunderstanding and lack of cultural awareness.
