Birds Of A Feather

Birds Of A Feather, a live portrait series by Claire Rosen, is ridiculously good. The vintage wallpaper backdrops really accentuate and highlight the colors in each bird, which range from the common Parakeet to the exotic Hyacinth Macaw. The combinations are brilliant and simply happy.

I love both vintage & birds. My super friendly, non-flying budgie lived to be 11 years old. Needless to say I’m in love with this series. Thanks for sharing!

I absolutely love these. This reminds me of growing up with a ton of pet birds. We had cockatiels, parakeets, love birds and even finches at one point. I had a parakeet named Jimmy that looked like the one in row 5, a cockatiel named Vegas like the one in row 6 and a parakeet named Billy like in row 7. True story, the parakeets were named after the main characters in Double Dragon. I’m such a nerd.
