Wolgan Valley

Posted by on

Australia’s Blue Mountains, a World Heritage Site, is best known for it’s incredible sandstone plateau, deep gorges, and rolling foothills. The mountains are densely populated by Eucalyptus trees, which fill the atmosphere with finely dispersed droplets of oil that catch the sunlight and create a magical, blue glow. The Wolgan Valley Resort is nestled in the rugged heart of this all. The eco-friendly, carbon neutral, 400 acre resort blends seamlessly into its natural surrounding, making it a perfect place to revitalize the senses. So . . . shall we book a trip, mate?

Wolgan Valley is owned by Emirates Airline – or was, from what I have gathered they sold it on to a group called Starwood. They also own Al Maha in the desert about an hour out of Dubai… that is amazing as well. http://www.al-maha.com/. One day when i’m rich and fabulous….

They didn’t cut down any trees when they built this resort. I live in Sydney and can’t wait to go stay there. It is stunning landscape…
