Dhara Dhevi

Lately I’ve been itching to visit Southeast Asia for the first time and discovering Dhara Dhevi in Chiang Mai, Thailand has motivated me to finally consider planning this trip. Can we talk about how spectacular and serene the architecture and the sprawling landscape of this miniature Thai kingdom is?

  11. My hubby and I went to Bali on our honeymoon, and I can’t help but wish that we went to Thailand instead. It just seems like such a beautiful place!!! Not that Bali isn’t, but Bali is getting CRAZY expensive.

Wow, it’s beautiful, but very expensive. We’re going to Thailand next week, I’m so excited. Luckily there are lots of very nice places to stay that aren’t expensive. They might not be quite as amazing as this, but they’re much better than what we can afford back home.

Chiang Mai is Absolutely one of my favourite places. The city is lovely as is the area around it. I highly recommend renting a scooter thingy and just driving around randomly.

I really reccomend the Four Seasons Chiang Mai, having lived in Chiang Mai for 3 years 🙂 The Dhara Dhevi was actually based on it. Either way, enjoy it, Chiang Mai is just amazing and one of a kind.
