Artist Residence

Photographer Vanessa Jackman recently shot a delightful editorial at Artist Residence, a new 10 bedroom boutique hotel in Pimlico, London. Everything in the former Georgian townhouse, from the vintage velvet seating to the silver bathtub to the rustic elements, oozes charm and character. And with applauded restaurant 64 Degrees just downstairs and bespoke speciality shops a stone’s throw away, who wouldn’t want to stay here?!

Really lovely. But oh the irony of the name Artist Residence in a hotel in which no artist could actually afford to stay.

I love it. The contrast between rustic brick and plastered walls never gets old for me! Awesome 🙂
