Last week we were graced with beautiful, 70 degree sunshine here in the Bay Area but the chill and rain is said to return once again come Monday – a reminder that spring isn’t quite here yet. The plus side? We’ve got at least a few more weeks of coat wearing weather and our favorite trend: belt over coat.

Can someone tell me what you’re supposed to do with the belt when you go inside and take the coat off? I mean, I love this look, but I really do wonder about the logistics. Sorry to be so pedestrian.

WONDERFUL inspiration. At previous poster, most coats already have built in belt loops – so just replace it with belt of your choice and when you take them off – why you slip the belt in some big roomy fabulous bag that goes with the coat
