Knitting Noodles
This time of year always inspires me to bring out my knitting needles to knit – especially now after I’ve discovered this new super-sized yarn. Chunky knits are not only a trend in sweaters and beanies, they have made there way to our homes. Spain based Knitting Noodles sells 100% merino wool yarn, crochet hook, and needles so that you can whip up some luscious and super soft goodies.

DIY Clothespin Doll Ornaments
Season after season, the holidays sneak up on me. Except this year. Perhaps motherhood should take credit but this year I’ve been determined to beat the holidays to the punch. Crafting is one of the things I love most about this time of year and since Thanksgiving weekend gives all of us that perfect amount of downtime before the madness of December encroaches, I though I’d help jumpstart your holiday crafting as well. These doll ornaments, made of old fashioned clothespins, has been something I’ve been dying to make ever since I spotted them at Anthropologie last year. Not only are they super adorable, with their cozy scarves and colorful ensembles, these dolls are ridiculously fun to make – especially with friends!

- 1/8″ and 1/16″ drill bits
- paper wrapped wire
- craft paint
