I want a peineta. I’m not sure where I’d ever get the chance to wear one but I have always swooned over them. Peinetas are large decorative combs usually worn by Spanish women under a mantilla, or lace head covering. It dates back to the 18th century in Spain and is now used today primarily during special occasions like weddings, bullfights, processions and traditional performances of flamenco music.
